“An Allusive Love” is a historical friends-to-lovers story that will take the reader on an emotional roller coaster ride. The characters are cleverly crafted, and the reader can picture every detail of each character and their personality. Ms. Wynn (sic) has done a wonderful job in describing the dynamics and politics of the Highland families, along with the emotions the family experiences together. The reader will enjoy the realistic characters, especially Kristine, who is spunky and never gives up on what she wants. If you are a fan of historical romances or love a good friend-to-lovers story, “An Allusive Love” is a must read.
